Sounds like him and the roommate or landlord got into it and made an agreement that they'd give him $400 to get up out of there and they'd let him leave his property there for a lil bit. I think he took the $400 and left, but came to court claiming he never took the $400 and the locks were changed and his stuff was in there. So essentially trying to get ANOTHER $400 on top of what was given. Come to find out, he accepted the $400, and he still had access to getting his belongings. He tried to come up on $800 and the judge peeped game.
