It used to be called “talking like a seal”,, um um um,, Ok here it comes,, in the 1960s, speaking properly was very important and we learned , proper pronunciation, eloquence in speech. You didn’t stop to say hmmm,,, or um um um.. when the 80s brought , Like , Like , and that’s still being done.. anytime I see videos with Like, Like, or hmmm hmm ,um,um , I click off. Instead of pausing to think this filler word or sound just sounds dumb to me. They used to say these fillers would go away or it was how generations spoke to each other but it went wildfire. Look at any old movies 1930 & 1940 , and see how people spoke,, yes it’s a movie but it was a time when how you spoke defined where you were from, accents still do that but also your level of education. I’ve seen lots of lawyers on these channels , um , um ,um like toddlers , still learning which word to use.. personally I find annoying and I don’t understand if people think they sound cool or what it is…

The finger in the UA reminds me of a true story. In my wild younger days I was a heroin junkie. I eventually got on a Methadone maintenance program which made us subject to weekly urine samples. A lot of patients cheated by bringing in clean urines which they kept secreted under their armpit so it would stay warm at body temperature. One day, one genius found he had left his sample in his pocket, so it had cooled off. He went into the men's room & heated the sample under a cigarette lighter flame. Instead of waiting a few minutes for the sample to cool, he turned it in to the nurse right away. Long story short, the nurse let out a piercing scream when he handed her the bottle. It had burned her hand so badly it left blisters on her fingers. Our junkie mastermind was immediately tossed off the program.

I specifically her say 8 then she started talking about some other cases then she said she could sentence him to 4 years or treatment . There is stuff she sees on his paperwork that she may not say it to us why she offers such deals . THIS JUDGE IS NOT A JOKE AND NO NONSENSE. This video should serve as an example to every breathing criminal….. Despite your crime dear criminals….. please always keep two things in mind…… first, every one of you will end up dealing with the probation department and/or the parole board, and when you F with a drug test, they now KNOW you have a drug problem and Secondly, and even MORE important, you now have gathered the full attention of the judge, who will now make at least the next decade of your life, very miserable!! The smartest plan is to lay as low as you possible can, and try to mix in, and doing every condition as quietly as you possibly can and NEVER do anything to attract the attention of the prosecutor or the judge!!!

How stupid, how many people chose prison over treatment?? They obv choose treatment whether they want it or not which means it won’t necessarily be effective!

Would you rather he do 8 years in prison? If he's going to intentionally mess up his drug tests then I'm not sure he deserves probation. There are many, many criminals who need that prison time held over their heads so they don't reoffend. If you know with one screw up your probation term becomes prison, then I would hope you'd be willing to reform and rehab yourself. The fees are part of the punishment, so again, don't break the law and you won't require to babysat. We need harsher sentencing in this country instead of letting them out with ridiculously lenient plea deals and sentences, so that they can victimize an innocent member of society again. I'm over it.

I really dk why people in this country are so averse to seeking out a psychologist or clinical social worker (in my state) to listen to them….it is *_literally_* the best thing I ever did for myself! It’s so important to have a neutral, educated, sounding board who is there to take your part, help you to articulate your pain, point out where you’re inflicting unnecessary emotional (or physical, such as drugs or alcohol) damage on yourself, and offering insights in how to deal with people who are or were hurting you. *_THAT’S ALL IT IS!!_* Rather than get yourself in more trouble, or risk harming yourself, _go see a qualified therapist!!!_

yes, 100%. we are also instructed to wash our hands *before* we give our samples because there are chemicals you can put on your fingers that when mixed in the urine will produce false negatives. it’s a true story, i have to test for DCFS and someone got caught doing exactly that at one of my test sites.

He has 8 years hanging over his head if he fails a drug test. Judge gave him a choice of, do 4 years right now in prison or treatment. Since he chose treatment now it becomes 8 years in prison if he fails. I'd say that is dropping the hammer.
