They terminated my probation after 1 year so that I could try to get my conviction overturned or at least a pardon. The "victim" (my mother) was calling into my PO saying I was doing all this stuff. So they surveilled me for two weeks. My PO said the last straw was her telling him he wasn't doing his job and that I was outside her home at that very moment. She didn't know that he was actively surveilling me and was watching me at work while shes on the phone lying saying I was at her house. He brought me in and was like "How stupid are you?? Why did you plead to this?? You never threatened that woman shes crazy! Ima do what I can for you and petition for termination. Go fix this if you can- I don't think its possible- you really screwed yourself." I'll never forget that conversation. Just felt good in the moment finally being believed. I'm tired of hearing how awful and biased the judicial system is... HOW do you get probation for shooting and hitting a mother with her baby near in THE FIRST PLACE?! Then, duck probation appointments which requires, what, showing up - like a monthly doctor's appointment?? Shouldn't have gotten probation in the first place! Given a HUGE gift and once again, spit on it.
