I really like this judge. The amount of force that dad had to use to throw a board to require a trip to the ER... That's just scary. That poor girl.

My father was a violent pos, who disciplined by putting leather to bare skin. I've spent 22years not being him, being the safe base in my daughter's life, being the safe harbour she runs to.

Did that attorney really just tell his client to “stop fucking talking” while on the record and a microphone in his face?
@GovilGirl11 күн бұрын
That is appropriate. Attorney is there to protect him from being stupid.

Thanks for breaking up the weekend review into these smaller videos Wolf, they work better for my schedule lol. And I've really liked everything I've seen from this judge so far!

I really like this Judge. She takes no prisoners and hands out appropriate justice. I'm really tired of watching people break the law and walk away with a slap on the wrist. I'd like to see more videos with her.

@adamkahn8645 I thought that was Judge Boyd. I didn't realize she said the same. Judge Fleischer has become one of my favorites. Although, he does remind me of that kid in school that always had a protractor in his front shirt pocket.
@adamkahn864512 күн бұрын
@@lauraa.e.5008 Judge Mogen has said it in a couple of custody hearings but not nearly as often as Judge Boyd. My personal faovrite is Judge Simpson, especially when he's fired up. But when he goes soft and compassionate, its a thing to behold. He's like the grandfather you would do anything not to disapppoint because his opinion of you actually matters to ya

I like watching her courtroom but I didn't know her name- It's a pleasure to watch you Judge Mogen! Thanks Wolfie! That aside did the second defendant's attorney try to turn his conviction and recommended jail time into a child custody hearing by mom-bashing? Like the dad is convicted of DV against his daughter and has another charge from getting her pending, so 2 with the same victim and counsel is arguing like he should have custody? Like is that a defense to a DV conviction where the deferral is revoked? Is that how people make harmonicas? I know Judge Mogen isn't buying it just by her facial affect and I'm not done with the clip, but I want to know if I'm reading this right... He's not an alcoholic or a drug addict... So he just has a bad temper and takes it out on his children? Diffident teens are a fact of life not an excuse bro

Shifting focus from the issue at hand does not change the fact that Mr. Stewart did violently attack his teenage child . There are numerous non-violent ways to discipline a child. His actions are inexcusable in my opinion. Thank you for posting, LWU.❤

Can someone please explain what he means by “he got ordinance on a disorderly conduct charge?” Does ordinance mean that the case gets erased from his record?

This happened in late 2023 and this hearing was August 2024. The attorney had a history of stealing from clients, telling clients not bother showing up to sentencing, being an all round knucklehead.

She may still have some form of recourse. If he led her to believe he was a licensed attorney, and collected fees based on his false representation, she will be able to file suit. I’m not sure about the legality of his attempt to practice law after he’s been disbarred.

Anyone else notice the Prosecutor’s Table and the Defense Table are reversely positioned from other courtrooms (out of all the ones that I’ve ever seen anyway!) and with a “bup bup bup” Judge and a no-show disbarred attorney, I think I’ll take a pass on this video ! 😂

Hard to believe that is the same judge as the first video. While i dont agree with what he did. A judge's job is to leave their feelings at the door and she basically called him a psyco and totally went off the deepend on her sentence. I believe an invistigation into her conduct is in order at minumum.
@jrjproductvideography2 күн бұрын
Look at all these clowns insulting the attorney for doing his job and defending his client. I guess they don't believe in the right to counsel and the Constitution of the United States. They should move to North Korea.
@oldkid52128 күн бұрын
Boy talking about doing sone tiptoeing around the laws to actually help a defendant. She made sure to walk that fine line of what a judge can and cant do. Simpson is good for that as long as it is in the best interest of the defendant. Georgia da's and prosecuters would have never came down on the charge like he did as well.
