Defense Hammers Witness in Karen Read Trial: ’Is This Funny?’

Things got tense during Karen Read’s trial on Friday morning as the defense continued questioning Matthew McCabe, the brother-in-law of Brian Albert. Defense attorney David Yannetti caught McCabe laughing during cross-examination and asked him, “Is this funny?” to which he responded it wasn’t, and that it had been “two years of misery.”

I dont think it matters what side youre on to observe how abysmally the judge behaves in this case. Ive never seen a judge so unlikeable and unprofessional. The constant heavy sighs and snarky tone of voice makes it difficult to listen to this case. She better be careful, the jury might be on the fence but theyre all watching how completely biased she is. Say all you want about how she thinks the defense is ridiculous or whatever , if people online are noticing this, the jury is too. At least one of them is thinking somethings fishy about her behavior. Also, youd think after it's already been put out into the world her relationship with the states witnesses she'd try a little harder to seem impartial

The fact he lied to the court in front of the world to see about allegedly calling the crime lab in January & February at Feb 8th hearing before Little blew him out of the water… when displaying crime lab’s email & phone records which depicted Lally ignored multiple emails, didn’t return calls, is proof he was playing hide the ball just as Jackson said. Auntie Bev allowed this throughout which is outrageous. Unfortunately this is one Caucasian woman’s very public story. Imagine how many cities & courts get away w this nationwide for defendants w/o means who may be the fall person or to help wrap up a case that could be protecting a family member of someone who’s known in the court or by DA office or has standing in the community others deem more worthy of saving. This could be any of us!!😡

Because the FBI is not about for justice. The intelligence community is about extortion (extort the Canton PD itself, the family in that house, which Karen’s lawyer is also aware about of. Karen lawyers know the system of corruption and they can’t do anything about it but for as long as Karen will be found not guilty, they are fine with the FBI being mute about what they’ve unraveled. Hope that fixed the puzzle. Karen will be found not guilty because that’s the truth.

The fbi has literally ruled that the autopsy shows JO injuries are NOT consistent with being hit by a car period and ARE consistent with being in a physical fight, defensive wounds, and superficial wounds consistent with likely dog bites. The fbi literally proves he could not have acquired the injuries he had, by being backed into, even if he was perfectly leaned over with his head at tail light height. It just doesbt explain defensive wounds and injuries All over his body, not at an impact point. But this trial is NOT allowed to talk about th3 fbi investigation, they arent allowed to let the jury know anything the fbi has found or decided, period. The attorney is required to only vaguely refer to "your prior testimony on x date" when referencing things these witnesses said at the fbi hearings.

From bits and pieces I've seen on different news stations that I've been watching at the end of the day to catch up on the trial, it's been mentioned that Trooper Proctor is being investigated by Internal Affairs. And Higgins may be also for destroying evidence. NECN does a show called "Canton Confidential " at 7 pm. every night. Discusses what happened in court every day.

It has to be tough to even be in the room….to feel like you want to support your loved ones…..to have to lose time from work….and all the times the judge calls the lawyers in the back to confer. I’d want to leave and know I couldn’t. Yet I’d be like WTH. In the Daybell trial I liked the way the judge handled most objections in real time without going in the judges chambers. He took a few seconds to go back and forth with whatever lawyer was objecting and the reasoning behind his decision (most times) and then it was over and they moved on.

These witnesses are so cocky they all seem to have this attitude as if they should not be in this court room answering questions about their statements or actions that night & what occurred afterwards like none of them expected Karen reed to fight this bring it to trial and expose all of the evidence of a cover up they all expected her to just go down for this while they all move on with their lives & careers intact

Why were murder charges ever filed in this case ? More questions than answers! Missing evidence missing dog , a drinking glass found but without snow , broken tail light piece but bulb not broken? Heavy snow , nobody knows if a dog jumped up on the guy and he slipped and fell in ice snow and hit his head ? Everyone was pretty much all drinking and having fun ! No one argue the couple in question was all lovey dovy! The one lady tells the defendant she’s historically upset when they found him ! SO NOT GUILTY!

Auntie Bev- it’s alleged that she’s got big ties to these people. I only lean slightly towards it being true based on her rushing the defense as they pin these losers on their lies, but has allowed lally to ask every witness what they drank, how many, what they ate, what basketball team their kids team played that night and the nights before that; and where they sat in the bleachers. She sustains objections that are completely valid and correct. Not to mention despite both sides asking for a continuance, AND THE ONGOING FEDERAL INVESTIGATION into this case- she made them proceed anyway!! That’s unheard of! Ludicrous. I’m looking forward to tomorrow, I think it’s the ONLY day of trial this week
