Austin thinks the DOD did a good job the last few years. Most would say the opposite of their critique on his leadership. I'm waiting for change at the DOD and it starts with Austin getting removed from that Position. The DOD needs to steer right and Austin certainly led them aground. The Morale is Low, Criticism is growing. and Military Recruitment is dangerously low. Most of the fault lays clearly at Austin's feet because of his very poor Leadership. That's his Legacy not mine.
