Lopetegui is going to need some time. I could not really understand what I was watching on Saturday though. Putting Alvarez into the back 3 and leaving Guido on his own in midfield was a paticular head scratcher, just throwing him to the wolves at that point. Felt sorry for him tbh because it makes him look shit when in reality he was given a job to do that he is not suited. Like putting Kudus in CB and saying "crack on". I watched a West Ham channel that focus on the analytics of the game and they helped me understand that we seem to be trying to go into a 3-2-5 when attacking, getting the fullbacks down the sides to get the cut back, but we are not making the right pass to get the fullbacks into position, which is resulting in turnovers and getting caught on counters. We are trying to run before we can walk at the moment, and it's leaving us with players who are confused about their roles and making the wrong decisions. We need to go back to basics and then proceed from there by the looks of things.

Whether you are Moyes in or out, it makes no difference, the real problem is Sullivan and always will be! No fan asked for Lopetigui, but he was made manager, so we have to support him. Fans just want to be entertained, which is not too much to ask for. I think Moyes in fans need to take a look back at last season, especially since Xmas! The performances were horrendous

Yes loppy has been shit in the first five games ! But fuck give him a chance ! At least he’s trying something a bit more technical than , defend the box then break. Moyes after 4 years with multiple transfer windows and millions we still played shitter than this in his last season! I’m starting to think will is a Moyes fan not a Westham fan !
