Decentralized finance was a shot for anyone and everyone to be involved in finance. However, in attempts to create communities around different products and pushing out innovative concepts, many projects have ended up isolating themselves from the masses.
Gone are the days of simple products that just work and are easy to understand. Instead the space is filled with enigmatic products that requires a 70 pager documentation and 50 different ELI5 tweet threads to explain them.
In this talk, I'll share how we can do better as an industry, drawing on lessons learnt from building a decentralized fixed income product that just works at Bluejay.

Raymond is the CTO of Bluejay Finance, a project focused on providing decentralized financial services to the masses, starting by connecting lenders and borrowers in their fixed income product.
