This video was super helpful. I bought my heat press and have not been able to use it because it didn't come with instructions so I've been intimidated by it. This video helped me learn that the type of heat press I have is a swing heat press, how to set the time and temp, and so much more. Moreover, I appreciated the extra tidbits of information (sliding the plate - but not too much, pulling the table out to allow optimal space for the heat press, possible noises, the reminders to be very careful about the heat and all the parts that will be heated, to crunch low when adjusting the shirt,...so many nuggets of helpful information that helped prepare me for using my heart press).
