You guys should watch Thorgi’s DarkStalkers retrospective. It’s half explaining the lore and half talking about the franchise itself. It’s another pretty out there storyline for a fighting game.

If you're looking for another Thorgi video to look at i recommend his retrospective on the Bloody Roar games. Also for those wondering why Nina is in a wedding dress in Tekken 7 it's because she assassinated the groom of that wedding she snuck into as the bride. And that person was going to be her sister Anna's husband hence Anna's outfit.

On one hand, there are some characters I’d find that should’ve been in Tekken for comical relief, but on the other, there were cut for a good reason. And I prayed that at least one character from the cut list would make it in the game…. And that would be Miguel’s sister…

King wears a jaguar mask. Not a leopard mask. Also we already have Kimg and Armor King. They're way better than the guy wearing a skinned walrus fur around him. Also Lord Raptor is already the best zombie fighter ever. If you would know that all the Tekken fighters have some semi realistic fighting styles. How will a corpse fight. That's why in the world of Darkstalkers it makes sense to have a zombie, cause their roster have monsters, and as crazy Tekken is. They still follow some semi realistic world, so having a zombie won't make sense for them. No matter how badly they wanted it to be.

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames if you recall Saotama destroyed a meteor with one punch, and that also follows a semi realistic world. Seeing Heihachi catching a bullet with his teeth or even breaking a tomahawk with his own teeth. Saitama also broke a ninja's sword with his teeth too, and his speed is light speed when he try to strike him, and he didn't even know that his sword was broken. So the world of Tekken isn't insane to me. I've been playing these games since then. You guys only watched the entire game's lore, without experiencing the game itself since the start.

Day 11 of asking Ken and Bethany to react to the indie, fanmade animated shorts for Donkey Kong Country called "Pirate's Scorn" and "Tip the Scale" by Alex Henderson Animation. These musicals are genuinely some of the best fanmade content that I've seen on KZbin, with full voice acting mostly by the former cast of an old Donkey Kong Country cartoon, and one could say animation amazing enough to rival studio-production. So many people poured their heart and soul into these animated shorts, and you can definitely feel the love and passion in this project, even if one is not entirely well-versed on the games. I think it would be right up your alley.

I love Thorgi's video! I would recomend you the Fatal Fury Retrospective, is only one video (not a series, like Street Fighter or Kof), and the next Fatal Fury are going to be relesead in April. For the Build the roster, the Ultimate Crossover Horror Fighting game is the best one to react, you don't need previous knowledge because is focused in movie characters

It seems interesting seeing some “cut characters” in Tekken that they have some unique looks, personality, and design that people might use in the “Customization Character” category in these newer version of Tekken games out there. 😅 Also I have a suggestion game you both might like. As it’s called “Sonic Smashdown” as it’s a fan game with all sonic characters into a side view fighting game. I hope you both check it out and all the super moves/Abilities. It might also be worth checking till you both bout to watch Sonic the Hedgehog movie 3. Since the game might give some insight on characters you might have to glance encase of wondering who the character be in the movies.

Even then, it takes a long while for them to get to the next lore video since they take up so much time. Like it took more than a year to go from the lore of Tekken to the Lore of Street Fighter. Unless it's like under 30 minutes for stuff like Elden Ring. Then it's not as long.
