INCIDENT

ACCIDENT

DANGER

SOURCE OF DANGER
Source of hazard Is a source of potential danger that can cause harm (harm).
HARM
Harm Is damage or Harm in the form of death, injury, physical or mental illness, property damage, production loss, environmental damage or a combination of these losses.
RISK
Risk is a measure of the possibility of loss that will arise from the source of the hazard
