I'm 36 and started listening to them in '95, and it seems like yesterday I was holding a fifth of whiskey in my hand head banging at parties in high school with Around the Fur playing in the basement, lmao !!! They were big here in Detroit. Everyone listened to Deftones here. And we still do ! Got tickets for June 10th !! Can't wait, it'll be my 5th time, just can't mosh like we used to. you can at 27 though.

im also from the detroit area, and 35 years old many of the same jammin deftones with my friends memories, i bet we have attended a lot of the same shows over the years. my first was the state theater in 98.

Deftones Mike yea man! I remember for my 9th birthday, I wanted nothing else but that cassette tape of ATF. My entire youth, Deftones have always been an influence.
