So some people have been reporting trouble finding the Aimlab playlist I made. The Aimlab workshop is a bit buggy but there items actually seem to get posted on the steam workshop. Here is a link to the playlist on the steam workshop. bit.ly/ImmortalValPrac Hit subscribe on the steam workshop item then relaunch your game. Then click "Custom" at the top, then "Playlists" then "Saved Playlists" in the top right. It should then show up in game :)

@DEFYED I wanna know when should we train our aim .Is it before we start playing or after ? So lets say i wake up and warm up and start playing ranked so should i aim train after my ranked games for the day like maybe sometime in the evening or should i aim train before i start ranked ? My main qn is should there be any amt of rest time after aim training ? I feel this issue is not addressed in this video . It would helpful if I could hear ur opinion on this matter .

Hey, I came from CS:GO and started at platinum too, I just want you to understand though that I started CS:GO in silver which is the lowest rank there. It took a lot of work and doing things like mentioned in this video is probably the best thing you can do if you want to get out of Iron. I don't completely agree with his sentiment that aim is everything though. I have a friend who is coming from league and he cannot aim AT ALL compared to most of my friend group. Meanwhile he has 3-4 accounts ranging from immortal 1-3. He is just really smart about his play style and watches his minimap a TON. Good luck bro!

I'm going to start using this. I am platinum 1 right now, so if I remember I'll update this comment on my progress. NOTE: I started playing competitively in Valorant in Season 1 Act 2. I started in Bronze 3, with no CSGO experience prior. If I can hit immortal in less than a year, then you can too (especially with way more resources than I had at the time). *FINAL UPDATE POSTED 5/2/2021* Day 8: So it's the day after being one week in, and I definitely feel like my aim is becoming more consistent. I have been stuck at plat 2 for around 7 games now, but I am either MVP or top frag for most of them. I've modified the aim lab routine slightly, going through each task in the playlist 2-3 times depending on how I feel. Then after I finish the playlist, I go ahead to do some linetrace and gridshot to end it off. Throughout the rest of the day I'll throw in some more sessions on whatever I feel the weakest at. Using gridshot as my benchmark task, at the beginning of the week I was hitting 53k as my average. Now on Day 8, I am consistently hitting 65k and above (72k being the highest I've ever gotten). Day 15: Felt like I hit a huge wall this week. My average started going below what it was and I felt like I wasn't improving. Wasn't until the literal last day I felt like I found my groove again. My tracking has passed 102k, and gridshot high score is now 74k being consistently around 68k. Not a huge leap from last week, but now I'm starting to feel a little more steady. My hand was doing weird stuff when trying to go faster (too much tension, fingers lifting off the mouse, etc.) so I had to make a conscious effort to keep a more relaxed grip. We'll see if I can push it any farther this third week in. *End of Month 1 Update* I didn't make the progress I wanted to due to some family complications over the holidays. I'm hitting a wall at the 80k range in gridshot, so I will have to get back on a grind if I want to get it higher. I still do the playlist at least once or twice a day, although my semester will be starting up again soon so it'll be hard to maintain consistency. My results thus far are going from plat all the way to diamond. I strongly recommend doing several death matches and being at least top 3 before doing competitive games. It helps me a lot in forcing myself to peek corners and angles properly on each map and to get comfortable winning gunfights. Run around the map, but also practice strafing constantly to be accurate and make it harder for your enemy to hit you. I've also noticed that my vision is slightly restrained, so I have to make necessary adjustments with my crosshair and enemy outlines so I am able to see better. *Month 2 Update*: I am hardstuck diamond right now, but my average in gridshot after aim training for about 15 minutes everyday is around 76k, with a high score of 81k. Slow progress still occurs even if I only have a little bit of time each day! Hoping to hit immortal within the next month or two. *Month 3 Update*: I don't know what happened, but one day I woke up only having gotten 4 hours of sleep, and consistently started breaking 80k. In 3 days, I went from scoring 75k average to hitting above 85k every time with a high score of 91k. I changed my mousegrip, to where only my fingers move the mouse and I feel like I have more dexterity than before. I'm extremely proud to have gone on this aim training journey, and hopefully my numbers in Aimlab will translate to climbing higher in Valorant this season. *Month 4 Update*: For gridshot, my average is 91k and I have a high score just above 100k. My tracking high score is 116k as well, and I am pretty happy about this. I usually do aim training before jumping into Valorant and I make sure I'm hitting at least my average a couple times to know my aim is solid. Then, I run some deathmatches and try to only get kills with the Sheriff, Vandal and Phantom. I have the sound off and music playing so that I'm reacting to what's on my screen and not using sound cues, that way I'm actively clearing every angle. Currently diamond 2, but looking to finish the act out in diamond 3. *FINAL UPDATE* Today is May 2nd, and I have finally after a lot of climbing have hit Immortal. This playlist has been my bread and butter routine every day since I found it, and I still play it for about 10-15 minutes even if I don't/can't touch Valorant for the day. I add in gridshot at the end, so that I can work on my mouse control and accuracy. I was hardstuck diamond until I won about 70ish games, so it can take a lot of time to get through some ranks. Don't get discouraged, this is a proven way through repetition to climb out of your elo and into the top ranks. I promise if you keep a positive mindset and don't tilt your team in-game (even if they're trash) you can keep the momentum all the way through. General Tips/Advice: - Don't sacrifice accuracy for speed. Especially with tasks like spidershot and gridshot, getting into a consistent rhythm at a SLOW PACE is absolutely key to developing the correct muscle memory. - You should not practice flicks, you practice tracking targets at slow speeds and overtime they will evolve into fast reaction times with precise shots (flicks). This is a common misunderstanding that we have to practice our flicks by trying to hit targets as far away from our crosshair as fast as possible. (On tasks like linetrace, I started by gettting scores below 7,000 because I would practice painfully slow to make sure I was 100% accurate. My score doubled in the first week, still maintaining 100% accuracy and then having my speed increase naturally and gradually). - I've found that tension is my number one enemy. If I have any tension in my mouse grip, it is either because I am fatigued or have engrained it as a habitual mouse grip. Try to eliminate this as much as possible if you find yourself doing the same thing. My aim has been more consistent and feels like it flows better from target to target when I let my hand just rest and the mouse glides across the mousepad. - I have lost more games from tilted teams than any other reason. I do not tilt myself, but if my teammates start to tilt I tell them to chill and focus on the match. This doesn't always work, but as soon as I stepped in to take a more IGL role in-game I have ranked up WAY FASTER. It's actually insane how many more games I started winning when I focused on keeping my team in a positive mindset throughout the whole game. - Play for trades when you have numbers advantage. So many rounds are lost when you have 5v4 advantage, and if you play trades and peek together your odds of winning are instantly way higher. - Hold crossfires with your teammates on save rounds with shotguns/smgs. Your odds of securing kills and guns from enemies are way higher. The alternative to this is to have one person play an off-angle, and have a teammate peek on contact. Again, on save rounds you want to keep both positions close range. Any comments with questions I'll be happy to answer :)

@medrusgaming84644 жыл бұрын
FPS is really the only thing that matters, of course hertz factors in but you can get accustomed to a 60htz monitor and still be good at the game, then if you upgrade to a 144 or 240htz, after an adjustment period you will improve more because the refresh rate is higher. But its not the most important thing, so anyone reading this, dont give up on training because you have bad specs. Its still worth the time.=

Ok guys , so you might be scrolling through comments interested to find out if this aim lab routine actually works or not , so I'll provide you guys with updates on my aim , I am currently Silver 2/3 , I always rank up to gold and derank everytime , so yeah , here's my updates (will most probably be providing weekly updates)... DAY 1 : I did the course twice and then hopped into deathmatches , 4 of them , one with vandal , one with phantom and with sheriffs , currently just trying to improve cross hair placement , got a decent score of 67K on strafetrack , 31K on motion tracking and I guess that's it , don't remember other activities score . DAY 4 : Been doing the course once and then the same deathmatch process , got a score of 73K on strafetrack , 36K on motion tracking , 52K on microshot , 61K on motionshot , 59K on spidershot , and 61K in sixshot , and improvement of 1-2 % accuracy and time to kill in every section except in microshot , where I got an improvement of 23% accuracy (my accuracy today in sixshot was 93%) and 13% increase in time to kill . Unlocked my rank today , got silver 2 rank cause lost 3 matches (2 due to toxic teammates throwing and randomly depleting health of teammates with mollies and raze nade , and lost third one due to one leaving the game early on) , but I am happy with the results as my first match was in a gold 2s , gold 3 lobby and I got 33 kills and became the match mvp and my aim definitely helped me there . DAY 7 : Same deathmatch process but improved scores in aim lab as well as valorant Strafetrack : 79K Motion tracking : 36K Microshot : 57K Motionshot : 62K Spidershot : 65K Sixshot : 58K As you might notice , some of the scores are equivalent or lower than day 4 , that is mainly because I am trying to improve my accuracy and reaction time right now and so I slowly hit my shots trying to build muscle memory to also help me improve my reaction time . DAY 12 : Haven't played Aim Lab as well as the game for 5 days as I have been busy preparing for my upcoming exam , I will start doing Aim Lab and play the game once I am completed with my preparation which will take 3 to 4 more days , will update as soon as I complete my preparation . For now , current rank = Gold 2 . Update (3/3/2021) : I had to stop playing for around a month due to my exams , currently I am following my own playlist playing it like 2-3 times a day cause I have exams in the upcoming week again and thus I can't play Valorant for now , so I just practice my own playlist , been doing that for awhile now , for around 1 week now I have been following my playlist , today is the first day of new Act , got Gold 3 as my rank (played Valorant today after 25-30 days) as I already was Gold 2 last Act , and I won 3 matches in a row , 2 of them being Match MVP , and just need to win 1 more match for Platinum 1 , so in the end I would like to conclude that Aim Lab does help in improving aim right now , I average around 75K in gridshot and 73K in spidershot now .... Just don't give up cause you can't see improvement in your aim in a week , keep on grinding and eventually you will improve your aim . I will be sharing my playlist if anyone wants soon . Have a nice day :)

this is the playlist i use im top 5 in this microshot, spidershot, then top 30 in motionshot and six shot - got 4th in microflex after seeing soar ethos get 3rd the day of immortal 3 in game extremely true that your aimlabs precision doesnt necessarily guarantee you being a god but id like to think as I play valorant and get more comfortable my theory is that my aim ceiling increases in valorant and if you are way better in aimlabs like i am, inches closer and closer to the precision in aimlabs the more gamesense i get- another tip make sure you are playing tasks that actually practice precision instead of tempo! and i also recommend to not set a timelimit on how much you play the playlist for i go for like an hour everyday but thats usually because i go task by task and when i hit a nuts increase in reaction time or precision i move on, aiming is mostly confidence so practice until you feel good

ı won't say that this playlist is bad, indeed it is very good but I have been playing this playlist for 10 days but my first-day results are almost the same as my 10th-day results. Edit: Guys keep practicing, hard work pays off. My scores skyrocketed. DEFYED i am so sorry about doubting your playlist, thank you once again.
@TheNuggzt3r4 жыл бұрын
I go through a playlist 1 or 2 times and after that I just pick tasks I like and some random tasks and go for highscores. It helps to switch things up and going for highscores helps staying motivated.

Great video, btw what's the shortest amount of times on every task that you recommend
@DEFYED4 жыл бұрын
Probably 2 times minimum. You won't get the maximum benefit doing it this many times though as it doesn't give much time to improve on each run. I'd recommend 5 times if you have the time :)
