Brunsviger cake is very local. It's often only at Fyn you can get it. Outside Fyn, many people have heard about Brunsviger, but never tasted it. Every kid have made snobrød, it's a very good activity for kids. If you have a sausage, put it in the hole. Fresh baked bread with a hot sausage is very good.

That with the woods is right at least fo steel. For making iron in the middle ages you needed a lot of coal to get it done, so a lot of woods were cut down for making coal. Nice video by the way. Didn't know this existed but I'm considering to do this myself. Thanks!
