Dear doctor , If in case has l5 s1 pars fracture that causes spondylolisthesis grade 1 with no signs of symptoms just patient complain from pain after sitting alot l see there is 2 ttt plan the first if fixation surgically and patient refuse cause she 22 years and second is strengthen core muscles and she did not find any improvement in her pain is there any ttt plan can l advise her Thank you.

Asymptomatic patients or those with mild symptoms are advised not to carry heavy objects, to lose weight, not to bend forwards a lot .. we advise sports like swimming
