RECIPE CARD DEGI CHICKEN QORMA
Tbsp: Table Spoon, Tsp: Tea Spoon (MEASURING)
Chicken: 1 Kg ( Leg and Thigh Preferred)
Onion Sliced: 300 Gm
Yogurt: 1 Cup
Oil/Ghee: 1 ½ Cups
Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Coconut Milk: 1 cup
Kajoo (Cashews): 50 gm
Salt: 1.5 tbsp or to taste
Red chili powder: 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri chili powder: 1 ½ Tbsp
Basic Garam Masala: ½ Tbsp During cooking and 1/2 tbsp at the time of DUM
Mace (Javetri) Powder: 1 Tsp at the time of DUM
Nutmeg (Jyfal) Powder: 1 Tsp at the time of DUM
Coriander Ground: 3 Tbsp (fresh ground Prefered) During Cooking
Black Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Cloves: 2 Tsp
Black Cardamom: 4
Green Cardamom: 25
Cinnamon Stick: 2 of 2 inches
Bay Leaves: 3
Kewda Water: 4 Tbsp
