Ingredient list
1 1/2 Cup Gandum ( Wheat )
1/2 Cup Dal Masoor ( Pink Lentil )
1/2 Cup Moong Dal ( Green Gram Dal )
1/2 Cup Maash Dal ( Lentil Vetch )
1/2 Cup Arhar Dal ( Pigeon Pea )
3/4 Or 0.75 Cup Chana Dal ( Split Chickpea Lentil )
1/2 Cup Basmati rice
Total Weight of Ingredient is 1 Kg
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Large Onion Cut in Slices ( 250 Gram )
1 Kg Boneless Beef,
2 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste,
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Red Chilli
1 Tsp.Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp.Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Mace & Nutmeg powder
1 Tsp. Chaat masala,
1 Tsp. Garam Masala
Garnish with Dried brown onion, Julienne Ginger,
Mint Leaves and with Roghan

My Mother in law did not like my Daleem recipe which I have been making earlier But with your recipe, Magic happened, My Mother in law said that this is real Daleem and I am so happy.
