Bhai thanday Pani say khoon Nikilta nahi yarr jamta hai so plz use warm water or even boil the meat for couple minutes than wash the meat again .... surprising result. Less blood n smell ...try and let me know

Excellent recipe yet again! Kun never disappoints with his mastery of traditional Pakistani recipes. This is my 4th recipe of his and it turned out perfect! Excellent consistency of rice firmness to broth and meat was full of flavor. I’m going onto his chicken karahi keema recipe tomorrow. Very satisfying knowing these are full proof recipes that always turn out magically delicious! Hats off to Kun for taking my Pakistani cooking to the Desi next level!
