The reasons why white people are successful and always moving forward is because they dont give unnecessary stress to themselves they respect every work or job they do, they don't disvalue any if only it solves a problem then is a good job for them, but here in africa we are looking for only one or two jobs which we respect most to do we don't think about the role the others play in life and yet we call it "adwuma foo" or bad work, even carpenters and masons don't have respect in Ghana but yet their job is one of the most important job in life which also solves a big problem but yet we don't reason up to know how important they are and keep disrespecting them.

I know a police officer in uk who has been in service for 26 years and one day left the service because he said it wasn't his passion and dream but he wanted to do it for his parents. he left and bought a food track and started selling breakfast from place to place. and he was so happy doing it.

Theresa can go to barbering School. Hairdressing school to be precise. In Ghana when they say hairdressing, they only think of women’s hair but here in UK it is inclusive. Barbering is still dressing someone’s hair. In UK and the Western world, people go to school to study hair, even to study facial structure so hairdressers will know what type of hair cut, or hairdo will suit someone’s face. And also to know hair textures, skin types, etc. So even Adwoa needs to study more about hair types. She can extend her gift or polish it more by including braiding, etc. Her gift is not only barbering, but everything to do about hair. Just a suggestion, please don’t shoot the messenger. Thank you 🙏🏽

I support Adwoa but for Theresa to be a professional barber she still needs to go to the school she herself went to the university and still became what she wanted Theresa should go back to school even though she wants to be a professional barber
