The show went downhill after the OC left. I missed Emma, Manny, Spinner, Ashley, JT, Liberty, and others. My thoughts are how the show went down really fast after they left. Hasn't been the same. Never will.

Agreed. It feels the most nostalgic to me, even with no words. Just the deepest feeling. The Season 4 intro (I think) with a very similar melody, but the words included, doesn't sound as good or deep IMO. I guess making it instrumental, they went the extra mile with this one :) man the feels.

Well Degrassi deserved to live on for another generation. seasons 8-14 weren't all that bad. The graduates of season 14 were actually pretty interesting too, I don't like Next Class though honestly, at all. but it really depends on which generation you grew up with

I don’t understand how people don’t like seasons 8-12 of Degrassi. I can understand not liking the rest but it was still so fucking fun to watch. I grew up with both the earlier and later seasons and always loved both. Next Class was enjoyable because of how cringey it was, but 8-12 were vital.
