So, I know that technically that Degrassi isn't over. Season 14 isn't even offically over yet, but when Imogen Moreno walked across that stage the last character I truly loved graduated. So, I decided to make this tribute of the past 14 seasons, and I haven't even decided whether I will watch New Class or not yet. But I still really wanted to make a tribute, an actual tribute to the entire series.
I know that there are characters that I have forgotten, and other characters to that show up more than once. But I haven't rewatched the entire series in four years and I'd forgotten a lot of scenes, I also tried to use mostly scenes that took place IN the actual school building since I chose this song.

that was awesome not everyone understands the appeal of degrassi while kids in my school watched the oc Laguna beach and one tree hill this was my go to because It was dealing with the things we dealt with everyday in ways that made it seem like this craziness didn't just happen to one person it made me feel less alone in the world

some of the OG cast made an apperence in s2 of next class though, also s3 of next class is one of my favorite degrassi seasons of all time.

This makes me miss Degrassi so much. I remember watching the last episode of season 14 and crying my eyes out because one of my last favorite generation was gone. Maya and the newer generation were cool but seasons 1-14 will always be my favorite. I hope that someday we can get a Degrassi reboot or at least a new version with a new generation.

This show impacted me because it taught me life lessons that I couldn’t have learned anywhere else. I don’t know what I would do without degrassi. Everyday I watch reruns of degrassi from the 1980s even.
