Degrassi Webisode: The Power Play

The Power Play was a 4-part webisode sponsored by Playtex Sport that aired during Season 11. The webisode follows the unlikely pairing of Alli and Tori as they work to create an all-girls intramural league at Degrassi.
Part 4 of this webisode is amazing, but overall The Power Play doesn't get all that much love when people look back at Degrassi webisodes.
Part of that is because it is sponsored, so there are more hands in the pot making decisions; another key issue is that the webisode was originally release in four weekly parts. The Power Play flows much better when viewed as a whole.

Ticking Clocks it’s a mini so it’s not canon. Besides it was nice how they brought Paige back for this mini because it’s always good to see the old characters come back & interact with the newer characters even if it’s only for a mini or a couple episodes

Damon Cordell if Tori stayed on the show her & Miles would’ve been really cute together❤️ and I could see Tori and Zoe having a rivalry and Zoe being bitchy to Tori & Maya but also having moments where she does lowkey likes them deep down

I think they gave a lot of tori's potential storylines to zoe! I do not think Zoe character would of been created if she had not left.

Damon Cordell the degrassi writers actually confirmed that Tori & Zoe aren’t the same character and they didn’t create Zoe just because Tori left. Zoe & Tori are completely different because Tori wasn’t as mean as Zoe was

Tori is actually angela from the first seasons. Cassie steele who played manny is alex steeles sister, who plays tori.

That turned kind of silly, but hey, it was just a webisode. It was fun to see Paige interacting with that generation of Degrassi, though and Imogen hanging on the wall, not to mention Eli´s facial expression, when he was dancing, had me cracking up. If only we could make these actors this age again, so we could make some more episodes with them!
