Pehli baat k university HEC nahin banati. Or degree HEC nahin deti. Baki pehly school jao sanad lo board waly school say, phr board jao attest krwao IBCC waly board sy, phr IBCC jao or dobara attest krwao.😂

@@umerfarooq-my4dm zaroori nahin hai. Plus even if university is HEC recognised, it may be teaching a program which HEC doesn't recognize. So HEC doesn't attest such degrees of even recognised universities.

Don't you pay urgent fee in Nadra, IBCC, Passport office etc. When you want your case to be processed out of turn, you should be able to afford such luxury. HEC has a limited number of attestation officers and they can process 250 cases per day at each office. If you want to be 251st candidate, why make them suffer for you without charge. If you planned to go abroad, you should start your process earlier.

@@lucluc473 dear this does not make any sense... if they are short of staff, why dont they just hire more ppl instead of overburdening them with work and overburdening students with urgent charges. if the capacity of dept is limited they shud make way to increase it to meet public demand instead of asking public to pay more.

It's really true that attestation in Pakistan is really challenging after three hours when u reach the window they will ask something which was not mentioned before clearly.u should ask them where I need to go next.i don't know why they do not start one window operating system.its happen to me so many times.may Allah save us from Pakistan police, courts, government offices.
