I just tried last night for the first time (Nesco dehydrator). After a about 4 hours, I tested a banana slice and my first impression was how sweet it was! Better than candy 😁.

That sounds like it would work. I believe that what they use to keep cut apples from turning brown too.

Just came across your video as I am dehydrating some bananas. I dehydrate bananas and strawberries for my kids to snack on. Never lasts more than a day. Lol. You should try watermelon! So delicious! I like the way your bananas came out. We like it leathery and chewy best. It’s like candy! Great job and thanks for sharing!

We didn't reheat them. I ate them dehydrated. They were pretty good

As I live in Hawaii I'd have to take out a large loan to run something for ten hours. That would probably even kill the solar batteries.

I have heard that Hawii is a very expensive place to live. I would consider visiting there one day, but definitely not a place I would live.

Banana chewy means there not done. They can still spoil as it means there still mostiure in them since they are chewy
