I just got this and both of her books goodbye, lupus, and goodbye autoimmune disease. Very good use of my money they’re excellent books. This movies are great but the recipes in this book. I can hardly wait to get to using them. Thank you AJ for having her on all the time. I left out I have her new recipe book “Good Bye Lupus, Hello “ and the recipes are so simple and not a lot of ingredients like some of the plant-based recipe books have.

Who wouldn't love Brooke (and of course AJ) ? But I disagree with 30 plants a week being complicated. I find it super easy and satisfying. I don't have to count; it comes naturally on my plant based diet. I can understand if someone's doing the Rapid Recovery program because that's a strict elimination diet, but if you're just adding "hyper nourishment" smoothies, that just adds even more variety. Easy peasy.

😊i was just thinking last night, if increasing my water, if my start of brain shrinkage would change. I mean, i put veggies that are wilting in water. They are alive, even if cut off a plant. I rehydrate them. Then use them. So it made me ponder... can I rehydrate my brain!
@bonniedavis90765 ай бұрын
No Dr. here not everything the say is unchanged they come back later & say we were wrong. Of course if you stay hydrated it's going to make a difference.

Thank you Dr. Goldner and Chef AJ. You’ve inspired me to start using my water jug again! I’ve been hypernourishing since August 2023. I love it and I’m working on reversing RA. I wasn’t able to go all raw so I combine Dr. McDougall’s Starch solution with Dr. Goldner’s hyper nourishment. It’s going well 😊

I am confused and need clarity. Dr. McDougall says the fat you eat is the fat you wear - but this dr. is curing diabetes with avocados and flax oil? If both doctors are successful doing opposite fat regimes - how do I know which way to go??
@bonniedavis90765 ай бұрын
They are saying the same thing. They are eating food. Eating oil is bad but eating an avocado is good eating avocado oil not so good. eating vegetables are good eating veg oil is bad. Eat it the way God made it. I like using flex seed oil but I realize there is a point at which I'll cross the line & it won't be good. Food is medicine.
@irenethomas53244 ай бұрын
It's the Omega threes that our body is deficient in. Avocados are very caloricly dense and most people eat far, far to much . 1/4 of an avocado is a serving 😉 not a huge bowl of guac 😮 However for people that live on horrid Processed oils, in everything , using a good fat like avocado, helps.

Great insights and information from Dr Goldner and Chef AJ as usual. Love your presentations. Caveat; Orange County, CA reclaims water from the sewer to the aquifer( post treatment of course); but between the chlorine and the residual chemicals, I'd recommend using at least a basic water filter( even a brita pitcher filter) before drinking tap water.

Good afternoon, Chef AJ and Dr G!…Dr G, I’m assuming you’ve been asked so very many times before, but, at the risk of being/sounding redundant, what would you recommend, regarding water intake and Congestive Heart Failure? Thank you, kindly, in advance.

Smart thinking! Thank you both, so very much! I promise, I really wasn’t trying to get “free medical advice.” I apparently, got caught up in the moment, and don’t know nearly enough about legalities.
@BenderRodriguez-yn1cl7 ай бұрын
@@gaylawebster-chewning3233 you’re question is a common one. I’ve just seen that asked plenty of times on her Facebook group and know her response. She repeatedly says she needs to work closely with kidney and heart failure patients to adjust their fluid intakes. Good luck!!
@cherylcastillo70207 ай бұрын
Hi. I think it's not an issue of legality. There's varying degrees of heart failure and some patients must not exceed their personal tolerance. As your heart becomes stronger the more water you can have. @gaylawebster-chewning3233
