Damn it Elizabeth. I’m guessing that William said the exact thing to her and since she still looks up to William and ‘turned out fine’ (in her eyes anyway), she said the same thing to her daughter. After all, to her him saying that made her better- so obviously in her mind, her saying the same thing to Anna will make her better I genuinely feel bad for Anna and hope Elizabeth figures out the harm she’s causing soon.

@@michela1241 kids who grow up in that environment with no one else to show them a better way, can easily replicate the negative aspects of their parents. And even when shown better ways, it can still be difficult to completely change your veiws that parents may have installed on their kids.
