Sorry, how did the hell looga trigger even though it still was your turn? It you played the eijii from under it and gained a memory, the end of turn condition is not there anymore, and couldn't happen in that order. Either kill the eijii as well and don't keep turn, or keep turn and delete him after you pass turn.

Sorry for the confusion. You may want to check this, but according to your description, both the effects of HELL and EIJII were successfully triggered at the end of the purple player's turn. Since both triggered simultaneously, the purple player can choose the order of resolution. Even if EIJII's cost was added back due to its effect, the effect of HELL, which was already triggered, must still be fully resolved. Additionally, LOOGA's effect applies during your turn, so there shouldn't be any issue with that.
