4:12 how is it still the Fenri's turn? the memory gauge is at 4, fenri's effect is that your turn doesn't end unless if it's 3 or more on the opponent's side

He didn't suspend, but the whole process started with the attack from Loogar. You can hear him declare a security attack at the start that gives memory/draw and allows the sequence of evoing into Sol then into Fenri. So they are just finishing that attack before turn passes

He already attacked with the Loogar to start that whole chain, it was him just alliancing after he finished resolving all the effects Loogar swung to trash sol, which then he digid into then that trashed 2 from hand and he went into Fen
