11:39 He shouldn't unsuspend because the Wargrowlmon effect is only when an opponent's digimon is deleted by an effect (unfortunately ;-;) I believe we could have used the Takato effect first to declare an attack, delete the Sagomon and Raid when attacking, then unsuspend with the inherit and gain DP with the When Digivolving effect before combat resolves
