7:22 wouldn't heaven's judgement only deal -12k here? it shouldn't count the color in the breeding area, right? so only blue and yellow, -12k, not -18k

The original effect was -6000, -6000 for each additional color. So it's not wrong.

the text on heaven judgement is "for each colour of your digimon have, the no. of the effect shall +1". so if there is no digimon on the battle area, still you can -6000DP for 1 time. In this case, there are blue and yellow colour on the battle area, then -6000DP can be activate 3 times.
