NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself. For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response. I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE. @PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. There is an ev company called PURE EV. They are total fraud, I had purchased epluto 7g with 3 yrs of warranty and the scooter battery started to give me head pain just in a year. They changed my battery after one year but that new battery only last for 5 months and now they ran away from my city Kanpur (UP). My scooter is still in warranty but it is dead now. No one even considering my problem in there website. Don't buy PURE EV

Even the service centre have refused to repair and closed their dealership with pure ev. All services centres have closed in Pune and now company is saying that they are settling up a camp so there they will check my battery.

Battery ka problem ke liye part change karna padega but warranty mein nahi aayega paid karna padega.. extra Paisa Diya thha warranty extend karne ke liye 5 saal warranty hai but.. 2 free service nahi Kiya is liye warranty nahi.. ye company jaldi band hogi.. don't buy this company any product.. I request to government plz take strictly action on this company..
