As a non Jew but with a strong family traditionalist, I can deeply respect this as a continuation of ancient practices that are brought into the present and into the future. Shalom.

I think one point you didn't mention. If this company would not produce Matza kosher le Pessach, no Jew would buy it. It would be imported from somewhere else. I think the company makes good business with Jews on Pessach since Jews don't like eating Matza through the year but only on Pessach and they expord it around Europe.

Did you watch the episode? This is the starting point of the episode. And no, they they lose money every single year but keep doing it for sentimental and traditional reasons.

@@Jigal-Krant but isn't it strange? Who is eating Maza throughout the year? I don't any Jew who wants to eat Maza voluntary. Theoretically their customers must increase during pessach.

And yes, virtually everthing about Pesach is strange.

It is much better to be Sefardi because almost everything is permitted, Ashkinazim should start keeping Pesach as Sefardim.

I didn't even bother watching this video, from the comments it seems apparent that Jigal Krant is up to his classic antics of truing to make traditional orthodox jews look bad. BTW seems in this video he refrained from mentioning the blood in matzhos, from his other videos it seems he has an unhealthy infatuation of jews eating blood.
