That looks like a Rhopalostylis (Nikau palm) to me man! That’s another great find! Those are some of the rarest palms in California! That garden is absolutely gorgeous, it’s amazing what you can grow in Southern California.

Yeah, I saw another 2 nice ones last night in a back yard while walking along the Venice Canals, they do well in SoCal, beautiful palms! Thanks and take care!
