This looks like a telethon because you can see phone numbers of different cities. Yep...that's a telethon for muscular dystrophy because that's Jerry Lewis thanking him. If Jerry asked him as an invited guest to perform on one of his telethons of course Del was going to perform because it was for a good cause. This certainly was a great performance especially how he explained the story behind the Little Town Flirt. This performance was cool indeed where ever it was held...you can't go wrong especially if Del Shannon performs!!!
