Lisa, Stellar model looks very nice. What is the total price for the home, with water view, that pool, & screened lanai (with or without any upgrades ? What does the monthly hoa fee include ? And how can i read the hoa rules, to understand any restrictions (i.ve never lived in an hoa) ?

Hello Tom, Yes, the stellar is very nice. Base price right now is $544K plus the lot... call it $70K, then you upgrades. And you can review rule/regs ahead of time, however, they are not online. Thanks for your comments and thanks for watching~~

Hello there, Estate series lot prices are high... they have not released pricing for phase three, but if I had to take a stab in the dark, it's probably starting in the $100K and up range.... They had "1" lot left in phase 2 and it was listed for... are you sitting down for this? $185K I'm like, OMG.... crazy!

No one under the age of 18 can live in the property, however I believe Del Webb is 19, you need to check the rules for be 100% sure.
