To me the Delahaye cars were art in motion. Stunningly beautiful

They are the coolest cars I've ever seen

We`d have to agree on that!

It's like they are from another world, I can only try to imagine what seeing one driving down the road must have felt like back in the 30s...😱

Reading a book by David Baldacci set in the late 40s and the main character ends up owning one through a gambing debt. They are a work of art.

Gentleman, the ladies voice is fine for the long international history of Delahaye.

it sounded like an AI voice reading facts from Wikipedia, the pictures were out chronological order.

One needs to be quick with the mouse to view these beautiful cars properly...too long on some shots and much too momentary on others.

In France Delahaye, Delage and Panhard made cars for high classes when Peugeot, Citroën and Renault made cars for middle classes, after war Panhard, Delahaye and Delage disappeared and Mercedes took their market.

I DID NOT KNOW THESE CARS WERE REAL. I ALWAYS SAW THEM IN CARTOONS. I WORKED AT THE AGE 13 TILL 47. ALOT OF TIME I TUNED MYSELF OUT FROM MANY TRENDS AND DID NOT CARE TO HEAR THE GOSSIP. NOW IN MY UPPER FIFTIES I FEEL QUITE NAIVED. AFTER CROSSING HAIRS AT SOMETHING I KNEW BUT DID not GIVE a RATZ AZZ ABOUT IT.

They are real enough alright. The remaining testaments of a bygone, more stylish era.

Its a shame this art is lost forever

Very true, we probably won't see this kind of styling of cars like they had in the 1930s again.
