actually this is likely one of the ways they got to know her. They mentioned when they got her to fill in for Anette a few times that they had performed with her before. Then she just stuck. I have to admit though, they sound way better together on Nightwish stuff lol

This performance was done after AFter Forever broke up, and I can tell you that Floor had done practise sessions with NW since 2007. I think the last person to be surprised that the replaced Anette was Floor.

I think this and plus After Forever opening for Nightwish in 2002 , they were very familiar with each other . They didn’t just pick Floor ‘s name out of a hat. Just like in Denver debacle they knew Eliz auditioned for Nightwish which is why she knew some of the songs and were able to have her sing for Annette until they brought in the Flying Dutch woman . The Mariano Rivera of symphonic metal singers .

​@@dbutcher84 I remember hearing a voice teacher saying that an average tenor can quite confidently overpower an average soprano in terms of the voice power so Marco's voice might even be more powerful than Floor's when there's no amplification. There's a reason we used to have castrato singers because what's the point in having a male to sing the same notes a female can? And the reason is the power, a strong voice needs a strong body, but of course looking at Floor one can say that she is also quite strong in terms of physique, she is very tall and her arms and legs look quite impressive, also the chest. It seems that she could eat Tarja for breakfast:D

Hi melancolia62. It's not possible to upload the whole concert due to copyright claims of Delain's present record company. They reclaimed some old songs probably because those will appear on future (live) records. Besides that, not all songs of the show were recorded with professional audio tools, so have an awful sound. And I don't want to spoil clear image and semi professional video with bad audio sound. There are already enough mobile phones recordings which have that. So conclusion is, that there will be total 7 songs of this show on youtube in the same quality of this upload for a Day for Ghosts. Watch over a few days for part II (6 songs) on my channel.
