It’s true. I dumped my shares because of the investor vote package. It just guided you through telling you how Elon and the team are voting. One of the questions was anti-union. This honestly makes a little sense for the tech sector. BUT Another question really bothered me. It said something like “even if” evidence is produced around the harms of deep see mining, they will proceed anyways. I wanted to take a picture and put it online, but I wasn’t sure if that is illegal. It basically said to me that his front of helping the environment is somewhat a sham if he deep see mines even if it causes destruction. Not to mention with all the damage Vietnam and China are doing by trolling and destroying reefs to use the debris to make islands. We can’t afford to destroy anymore if the ocean. He deserves money for his original investment, however his company is not worth the market cap with such massive forward earnings and I sometimes wonder if it’s even work the value of his package at this time considering their quarterly sales and increasing competition. So, I bailed on Tesla until there is a recession or huge drop to its intrinsic value which must include “Elons pay out”. No one made him have a dozen kids and live this extravagantly. One interesting point is that even Nancy Palosi apparently bought some Tesla. So, makes me thing they might do okay since she is an inside trader 😂

Thanks Chris. Spot on. When someone strips this much value from a company something has to give. In the case of Tesla it's the product. As innovative as it was a decade or so ago, in the fast moving EV field, Tesla motor vehicles now look distinctly tired and old fashioned. That's going to hit the bottom line. When it comes to robots where are they? My grandson is visiting China and ordered room service. It was quickly and efficiently delivered by a robot, very polite, didn't demand a tip and allowed him a selfie with it. Not sure what brand it was but it definitely wasn't a Tesla. Unless someone steps in to save the company, I think Tesla could quite quickly go the way of Kodak and Xerox.

Tesla is gonna appeal this verdict in Delaware supreme court. Chances are this ruling will be overruled but might take a year. I also think next year is very important for Tesla as it heads towards $500. This ruling today will have mimimum to no effect on the rise and rise of Tesla as a company. Only time will tell.
