I'm guessing it was from a random evangelical TV broadcast in the US.

I was one of the people who worked on compiling the original list of sample sources for all of Leeb's works, but none of us ever figured out what the source of this sample is.

Oh cool! I remember spending hours looking at sample lists back on the old MindPhaser website. Of all of Leeb/Fulber/Balch/Peterson etc works, this is one of the only samples I can't find.@@rareelectronic
