Deleting an app temporarily is what I can relate to the most. Back in June 2023 I deleted my social media apps for personal reasons, and trust me, I was highly productive in all areas and had great achievements during that period. This is one of the tips to control your usage. I recommend this periodically!😀

Good! I deleted my social media apps as well when i was in for my masters, that helped me not just concentrate but i was more productive. Sometimes these things are addictive, especially if you are not really making money from them. A lot of people think missing out on social media means they are missing something, the reality is they(we) are missing nothing. Recently the FOMO thing!👍🏾 thanks for watching
