I still remember when the screen test footage dropped. Everybody during the initial watch thought it was a very well done fake video but as you kept watching you realised nope this was the real deal. Major hype began after that and they delivered.

That Mexican part was really wholesome at first and then really dark in the end. For a second there I thought doctor was the real deal, a mutant who phased through skin and muscles to pull out just the cancer lump.
