Oh my god. Chrysalis as a Mafia Boss! She can be the leader of the Mafia, like a Queen of a Colony. Emotionally Manipulate as Drain Love. And be a spy as changing forms. And Thorax can take over the Mafia after her. It makes much more sense! I also think Being a Business Women would work. Since Changoings are reversed Ponies, it can be turned to Work being reversed of School. You can still put the Emotional Manipulation as Love Feeding, but i'm not sure how Changing Forms would work.

For me, Chrysalis can be a principal of a boarding school/ private school similar to crystal prep but it is more focused in making everyone equal, it reallys fits when starlight tries to reformed the changelings tho-

WAIT WAIT. What if Chrysalis runs an orphanage? So all her "children" are orphans that live with her. But in her orphanage, she takes advantage of those who want to adopt/feel bad for the orphans (feeding off love), and uses it to gain more money to take in more orphans to gain more money, and thus becoming a "Kind" person, with high status. Then, once on her of her "sons" (thorax) meets Starlight, he realizes what Chrysalis is doing is bad, using orphans for her own gain, he overthrows her with the help of the main six in that world. To keep the orphanage running, Celestia offers to help, moneywise, and Thorax offers to be the "caretaker" in place of Chrysalis. Maybe, Chrysalis could be an actor, finds orphans, get an idea to move even higher up the ranks by funding an orphanage, and that's how it all starts. All the reformed changelings can be those who help keep the orphanage up and running, teaching their young ones from examples from Canterlot high, as education, like how the changelings use pony ideals as their own. I think it fits. This also gives into the idea he had about "unreformed changelings". Like basically, Chrysalis restarts somewhere else. Then, the changeling civil war would be a war of custody.

Thought bout a gang leader first and other changies would be her grunts (just like in Pokemon games) but that aside.. How bout she's CEO of a gaming production company that sells different games with high long time motivation factor (like Tamagotchi, Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing etc). But the hook would be that all her consoles absorb the love that's putted into game sessions by addicted people and immediately sends it to Cryssie free to consume it 🤔 Just the way Nintendo does it I guess 😜
