Can I just say that these videos have changed my life completely. Everything I used to hate have become really refreshing for me like cleaning dishes, and doing homework. I’ve even started my own daily journal and listen to podcasts. If you asked my mom, she would say that I’m a completely new person. It’s really impacted my life and I’ve felt more and more disconnected. I didn’t think that it could change me like it has, but it has. Really great job on all your videos!!!

I love these videos! Your videos make me get productive throughout as well. Deleting social media is a practice that I used to follow back during my engineering days as well. I’d get off FB, Insta, Twitter, Whatsapp(!) as well. It just made focussing on studies so much more easier. Hope your finals went well, Matt! Have a great summer!

I feel like I can’t even begin studying or really start any school related work unless I get other things done first such as cleaning, laundry, dishes, like everything has to be clean and orderly before I can focus on any school stuff. It’s weird.
