करीब 1975 के पश्चात् पूरी दिल्ली का यही हाल हो रहा है , नालियाँ पाट दी गई है , बहुमंजिली इमारतें बन गई है और उनमें धडल्ले से illegal coaching centre चल रहे है । गली मुहल्लो मे छोटे छोटे play / nursery school चल रहे है । बच्चो का बचपन तो parents ने छीन ही लिया है । नन्हा सुकुमार कोमल बालक अभी ठीक से बोल भी नहीं सकता parents play school admit करवा देते है । बच्चे का physical devlop हो ही नही पाता । तभी आजकल नन्हे बच्चो को चश्मे लग जाते है , अरे बच्चे की खेलने की आयु है उसे खेलने दो । परन्तु यह बात modren parents नही समझते । देख तेरे संसार की हालत क्या हो गई भगवान् , कितना बदल गया इन्सान प्रभु इन मासूमो की आत्मा को शांति प्रदान करे और अभागे माँ बाबा को इस आघात को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करना । अब तो आप सरकार के पास कोई बहाना नही - -कहता था हम दिल्ली के राजा है । अरे भ्रष्टाचारी राजा मुँह में दही काहे जम गया , क्योंकि बलि हिन्दुओ के बच्चे चढ़े है । इसीलिए तू व तेरी मक्कार टीम का मुँह fevicol से चिपक गया है ।

In Lucknow too - most of the basements in markets, hospitals, houses etc approved by LDA or LMC for parking of vehicles have been converted for shops, libraries, study center, laboratories etc for commercial use. This all known to Netas, administration, Police, journalists etc but waiting who will bell the cat. Only when an incident happens them the blame game starts for few days and and then becomes normal. This is life of common man
