Sir please tell is it mandatory to enroll in a state bar council to appear for haryana judiciary exam, DJS and in Himachal also? Or law degree is sufficient

No, mandatory enrollment is must for Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra and some state of South Indian. Haryana, Delhi, UP, Uk,Rajasthan, Bihar, MP, Chhattisgarh didn't need enrollment.
