I want to request the delhi government to stop running the programs like Happiness, EMC and business blaster. These programs may be good for SOSE type schools but not for the schools of high enrollment, which are situated in NORTHEAST delhi and other border area schools of delhi. In many schools, students are just wasting the seed money, which is provided through the business blaster program.
