This train used to be a Rajdhani for those who can't afford considering its schedule, but now since it is routed through bellary and Hubli ,it doesn't serve the purpose any more for those travelling from Bangalore as it takes additional ~9 hours to travel from ypr to nzm.Swr could have catered the needs of ubl,koppal and bellary region by introducing one more train to Nzm from ubl via bellary instead of rerouting this train

Let it be from bellary Because from our ubl - GtL main line this is the only high prority train and i will serve very well for us to reach our destination..

@24.58. I think overtake 4 is not Dakshin Express unless it was hopelessly late by 9+hrs - which is not likely the case in Summers. I think its 18238 Chhatisgarh express with SEC marking on the coaches and not SC markings. 12722 Dakshin has AC coaches on the front - which is not in this train. Hence, I think its 18238.

Bro if u want travel in Karnataka sampark kranti express i prefer u to travel 12629 / 30 train which goes weekly 2days tuesday and thursday from yeshwantpur side and wednesday and friday from hazrat nizmuddin side which goes via pune miraj Beacuse this 12649 train takes long time beacuse first it touches hubbali from davangere line and then it goes to hospet in koppal line which is waste of time while all other trains first touch hospet via dharmavaram or chitradurga and then go to hubbali
