And one doubt bro Flight starting on mrng 6:35am can i reach airport before day midnight and wait at airport, i have to come from long distance so that's why I'm asking.

You must reach the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure.there could be long check in queue so you should have sufficient time.

I'm going to UK on 15th september, via Turkish airline, is transit visa required in Istanbul if I have 2:20hr layover...to get into another flight???

No transit visa required. No worries. Aaram se jao. Its not required in istanbul until you are inside the airport.
