I went in march month, and Yes its safe to drive with Baleno anytine. But be careful with snow, in December it might be snow on road.

Till autt tunnel roads are plain and not curvy but after autt tunnel around 40 km road stretch is curvy which can be cover easily by taking small breaks in between.

As said and shoot in video roads after aut tunnel will become narrow ans condition is also not good but any can can make it without any issues.

2500 for mud house and 2000 or cottage. Mud house has 2 double beds 1 at gound flor and another at 1st floor. Cottage only has 1 double bed.
