Bro you took wrong route.. its ghaziabad-moradabad bypass - after 3 km take left exit from highway (PARAG MILK FACTORY) - Dalpatpur- kashipur-Ramnagar.. Road is 95% good , next time avoid nh 734 (moradabad- kashipur main haighway)
